Aclima OÜ is looking for a Product Quality Manager, whose main task is to ensure that products meet quality standards and customer expectations. This role offers an opportunity to work in an international manufacturing company where quality and innovation are top priorities.
As a Product Quality Manager, you will be a key figure in leading and improving quality control processes. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining a comprehensive product quality system, resolving quality issues, collaborating with suppliers, and analyzing and preventing potential quality risks. You will also participate in subcontractor quality control, analyze customer feedback, and oversee the renewal of the Oeko-Tex certificate.

Requirements:

Education: general secondary education

Work experience in a similar position: at least 2 years
-
Preferably prior experience in quality control or manufacturing (preferably in the garment industry).

Ability to create a product quality system and ensure its consistent implementation and monitoring.

Analytical thinking and ability to identify root causes of product quality issues and propose effective solutions.

Collaboration skills with different stakeholders (production, suppliers, clients) to solve problems and improve processes.

Ability to systematically manage customer complaints and feedback handling, providing solutions and ensuring continuous process improvement.

Customer satisfaction focus, ensuring products meet their quality standards and expectations.

Strong understanding of product quality control principles and methods, ability to monitor and enhance existing practices.

Leadership skills to ensure the effective functioning of the quality control team.

Ability to develop and conduct training related to product quality processes.

Willingness and ability to raise awareness of quality within the company, thereby improving work culture.

Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret product quality-related KPIs (e.g., defect rate, scrap rate, etc.).

Interest and willingness to develop and implement corrective and preventive measures to avoid product quality issues and reduce defect rates and costs.

Responsibility for the OEKO-TEX certification renewal process.

Strong communication skills: clear and effective interaction with stakeholders and the ability to convey quality-related topics understandably and constructively.

Willingness to travel if necessary to ensure product quality at subcontractors.
