Main tasks: create a friendly and safe environment; supervise care activities;
support residents in daily living, recreational and work activities; use a variety of methodologies to supervise activities (on-site training); map and support residents' development; liaise with residents' relatives; help people to lead more independent and active lives.

if you are empathetic; independent, enterprising, caring, eager to learn and a good team player.
And you have: at least a secondary education and a willingness to learn, an education as an activity supervisor or in social work/education/pedagogy would be an advantage
you should also have a degree in psychology. - Educational level: general secondary education
- Languages: EN
