Job Description:
Together with colleagues and support professionals, you will help people with mental health needs to live full lives in small, comfortable homes. As an activity supervisor, you will create a friendly and safe environment, carry out care activities, support residents in their daily life, leisure and work activities, use a variety of methodologies to supervise activities (on-site training), map and support residents' development, communicate with residents' loved ones, help people to lead more independent and active lives.
