Job Description:

Through us you can work as a nurse on relief work. We offer you the opportunity to work as a relief nurse.We can provide you with placements through our agency.

The main tasks of a nurse include patient guidance, counselling, motivation, assistance and support, participation in planning and implementation of treatment, assessment of needs and monitoring the effectiveness of treatment. In addition, the nurse's tasks include making diagnoses and monitoring treatment, dealing with urgent situations, carrying out treatment procedures and investigations and arranging home treatment. In ambulatory and palliative care, the nurse is responsible for providing quality care, teaching and providing guidance and support to relatives.

In the wards, the nurse is mainly responsible for administering and monitoring medication.

The job requires:

• Nurse qualification and Valvira licence
• Licence and qualification required, a qualified nurse and a registered nurse's license
• Ability to speak fluent or Swedish language and a good command of English and Swedish language skills
• Medication licence
• Vaccination cover in accordance with the Communicable Diseases Act (Section 48)

Different lengths of placements offer a great opportunity to develop your skills and do a job that suits your life situation.

• The duration of the placement (usually between 1 and 6 months) and the working hours will be flexibly agreed according to your availability.
• For placements through MediPower, unit-based salary offers range from €19 to €22 per hour, depending on location. On top of this, you will receive a post-contract bonus and a 9% holiday pay.
• MediPower pays your salary every two weeks, so you don't have to wait long for your pay slip!
