The Substitute Teacher Programme is looking for substitute teachers in Ida-Viru County! Join us and help support the transition to Estonian language education. If you have a university degree, are a good communicator and speak both Estonian and Russian, and want to work in a capacity that suits you, then substitute teaching is for you!

• Requirements:

  Teacher training is not required, but is welcome. If you have a higher education qualification, please include it in your application and we will take it into account. In addition to your level of education, leadership experience and work experience with young people, your willingness, empathy and ability to communicate the subject matter are important. You should be adaptable and flexible, be able to explain topics from different perspectives and relate what you learn to everyday life so that students can identify with you.
