1. Examines children's speech: pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, sentence structure, narration and speech defects.
2. Conducts individualised learning activities with children to correct the gaps in their development and restore impaired functions. Draws up a development plan and fills in ELIIS and speech cards.
3. Uses new effective methods and teaching tools in his/her work.
4. Contributes to the development of children's individual characteristics and their preparation for school.
5. Works in close contact with the group teachers. Advises teachers and parents on children's development and pedagogical issues.
6. Continually updates his/her professional knowledge.
7.Participates in open events, seminars, consultations and the work of the school council.
8. Maintains documentation in the prescribed format and completes it in a timely manner.
