Assessing students' learning levels and support needs to provide the right learning environment and teaching methods
Visits to lessons to monitor pupils' progress
Supporting and guiding teachers in identifying special educational needs, advising on the choice of appropriate teaching materials and methods, designing the learning environment
Drawing up individual curricula based on pupils' needs and educational standards, in cooperation with teachers and support specialists
Evaluating the impact of support measures for pupils with support needs
Completion of documentation in accordance with current requirements.

Compliance with qualification requirements
Ability to establish contact with pupils, to assess factors influencing pupil development and performance
Ability to develop an individualised curriculum
Good interpersonal and interpersonal skills, ability to work well under pressure, and ability to work both independently and in a team
Willingness to deal with varied and challenging assignments.
