Job Description:
- Teaching plumbing, heating and ventilation to students in vocational education and training.
- Supervising students in practical training at school.
- Participating in the development of the school and the profession.
- Preparing pupils for vocational competitions.
- Preparing students for the vocational examinations for plumber, heating and cooling systems fitter and ventilation fitter level 4.
Job Requirements:
- Professional experience in the field taught.
- Professional qualification.
- Higher education or training in a professional or teaching discipline.
- Compliance with, or willingness to acquire, the requirements described in the Vocational Standards for Vocational Teachers.
- Ability to analyse pupils' development needs and to work with teachers and support professionals.
- Good initiative, teamwork skills and empathy.
