Job Description:
- Teaching English according to the work and curriculum (upper secondary level)
- Developing students' language skills through practical and interactive methods
- Use of modern teaching methods and digital tools in teaching activities
- Supporting and motivating students in language learning
- Working with colleagues and parents to support pupils' development
- Providing in-service training
- Involvement in projects and school life
Job Requirements:
- English language teaching qualification (level 7) or equivalent higher education qualification (may be in progress)
- Excellent language skills: Estonian (B1) and English (C1)
- Good communication skills and an open mind to support learners
- Creativity and ability to use interesting and effective teaching methods
- Willingness to create an inspiring and supportive learning environment
- Openness to educational innovation, good initiative and empathy.
