The work of an Estonian teacher is varied and rewarding. It's a great way to use your language skills and help children learn Estonian.

Tasks of an Estonian teacher:
Teaching Estonian to pupils in accordance with the national curriculum and the school's learning and development plan;
Taking into account the individual needs and abilities of pupils and supporting their development;
Providing motivation and involvement of pupils;
Motivating and supporting students' learning and supporting their personal development, motivating and supporting their potential;
Assessing pupils' skills and providing feedback;
Liaising with other teachers, management and parents;
Participating in school events and projects.

• Requirements:

  Excellent written and spoken Estonian.
  Ability to plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
  Kandidaadilt ootame erialast kõrgharidust (võib olla omandamisel), kasuks tuleb eelnev töökogemus koolis. At least intermediate computer skills, experience in using various educational technologies would be an advantage.
