Job Description:

The work of a small class teacher is multifaceted and requires pedagogical skills as well as great patience and empathy.
The teacher's main tasks are:
Teaching subjects according to the national curricula, through exciting and stimulating lessons.
Using a variety of learning methods to enable each child to develop his or her strengths.
Encouraging children to think creatively and to be independent.
Monitoring and supporting the individual development of each pupil, taking into account their different abilities and learning skills.
Developing pupils' reading and writing skills.
Developing mathematical reasoning skills.
Developing children's social skills.
Creating a friendly and supportive learning environment where children can learn and develop in safety.
Developing children's emotional awareness and coping skills.
Developing cooperation skills. Keeping parents informed of their child's development.
Collaborating with other professionals (speech therapist, psychologist, etc.) when necessary to support the child.

Job Requirements:
  • Requirements:

    Ability to plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
