The NGO YFU Estonia is a volunteer-based organisation whose mission is to promote different cultures, tolerance and mutual understanding through direct contact with other nationalities.

We are looking for a Programme Specialist to join our team, whose role is to support and develop the programme for exchange students coming to Estonia.

We are looking for a Programme Specialist to join our team

Your main responsibilities as a Programme Specialist will be to support and develop our incoming students programme, perhaps:

  • actively communicating with potential exchange students;
  • coordinating teams of volunteers;
  • liaising with YFU Estonia's partner schools across Estonia;
  • Managing the documentation of incoming exchange students in Estonia.

As a Programme Specialist, you will be in contact not only with your team members but also with the exchange students who arrive in Estonia, their host families and other bright and motivated YFU Estonia volunteers.
